About the Digital School
What is Nation Builders Digital School?
Nation Builders Digital School is an online teaching and learning platform for registered students. It is designed to connect learners with verified and certified tutors across different subjects and topics through live classes, lesson resources, assignments, CBT assessments, interactive activities and guided academic support.
Is the platform designed for schools to manage their operations?
No. Nation Builders Digital School is primarily an online school that teaches and supports registered students. Administrative tools exist to coordinate tutors, learners, live-class bookings, payments and learning records, not to provide a general school-management service to external institutions.
Who can use the platform?
Students are the primary learners. Verified tutors teach and guide them, parents may support linked learners, and administrators coordinate quality, access, live-class payments and learning operations.
What subjects and topics are available?
The platform supports different grades, departments, subjects and topics. Available resources and tutors depend on the learner profile and the teaching content currently published.
Does the platform work on phones?
Yes. Nation Builders Digital School is responsive and can be used on desktop, tablet and mobile browsers. The install option can also place the web app on a supported device home screen.
Student Registration and Access
How does a new Student register?
A new Student opens Register Now, selects Student, creates login details and completes the signup form. Student registration itself is free.
What happens after registration?
The Student receives an account and Student ID, then signs in to access online lessons, live classes, topic resources, assignments, CBT assessments, messages and results.
What details are needed for login?
Users sign in with the exact email address, selected role and password saved during registration.
Why can a Student not log in?
Common reasons include a wrong email, role or password, or an account that has been restricted by the Administrator.
Verified Tutors and Live Teaching
Who teaches the students?
Registered students are taught and supported by tutors whose profiles, qualifications, subjects and teaching information are reviewed before they appear as verified tutors.
What can tutors teach?
Tutors may teach different grades, subjects and topics according to their verified profiles, assigned permissions and published availability.
Can students attend live classes?
Yes. Eligible Students can view available or upcoming classes and use the live-class tools provided in their dashboard.
Can a student choose a tutor?
Where tutor booking is available, the platform matches learners with verified tutors using grade, department, subject and profile information.
What can tutors do on the platform?
Tutors can prepare lesson notes, assignments, CBT activities, live classes, attendance, results and feedback according to the permissions enabled for them.
Learning Resources and Assessments
What learning materials can students access?
Students may access lesson notes, videos, practical activity packs, subject resources, PhET simulations, mathematics tools and other materials matched to their grade and topic.
Can students submit assignments?
Yes. Students can complete and submit assignments through the portal where the activity has been published.
Can students take CBT assessments?
Yes. The platform supports quizzes, continuous assessments and examinations in computer-based format where configured by tutors or administrators.
Can students view results and feedback?
Yes. Published results, scores and available tutor comments can be viewed through the authorised Student or linked Parent dashboard.
Parent Learning Support
What can parents do?
Parents can link to a learner using the correct Student ID, follow learning progress, view available results and attendance, receive messages and support live-class booking and payment decisions.
Can both parents link to the same learner?
Yes. A father and mother may use separate email addresses while linking to the same learner through the exact Student ID and required verification details.
Can parents join a Student lesson?
The Student account remains the learner’s protected learning space. Parents use their own dashboard to monitor and support the learner rather than signing in as the Student.
Live-Class Booking and Payments
Is registration free?
Yes. Creating a Student, Parent or Tutor account is free. Payment is required only for an agreed live-class plan.
How do live-class payments work?
The learner chooses a verified tutor and proposes a One-day, Weekly or Monthly class plan. The tutor accepts or proposes an alternative schedule. Payment is completed only after the timetable and fee are agreed, and before the covered class period begins.
What does One-day mean?
One-day is one exact selected date and time only. It does not repeat the following week.
What does Weekly mean?
Weekly covers only the selected class day or days inside that one 7-day period. It does not automatically continue into another week.
What does Monthly mean?
Monthly repeats the selected weekday and time across the matching weeks within the plan period, normally 28 to 30 days depending on the calendar window.
Who receives live-class payment?
Payments are processed through the platform payment flow after the tutor and learner agree the class plan and fee. Students should not make unrecorded direct payments outside the portal.
